I will come to you and solve any computer or Internet problems that you have. I set up new computers, printers, phone, iPads and all other tablets.
Annual PC Health Check

An annual PC health check helps keep your computer running smoothly. I’ll clean the system, check for any issues, and make sure it’s properly protected at the same time addressing any other issues you may have. Think of it as an MOT for your PC.
The price includes 12 months McAfee antivirus software.
New Computer Setup
£60
Setting up a new computer can be a bit tricky these days. I offer a full setup service that takes around 1½ hours and also includes transferring your files from the old computer.
Tuition

If you’re finding something confusing on your computer, tablet or phone, you’re not alone — and help is at hand. I provide relaxed, one-to-one tuition in your own home, explaining things clearly and at a pace that suits you. Whether it’s emails, photos, apps, or general day-to-day use, I’ll guide you step by step until you feel comfortable and confident. No pressure, no technical jargon — just straightforward, friendly help.
Visas, Driving Licences and Badges

Many customers need a bit of help when using government and other official websites. I can provide patient, one-to-one assistance to help you navigate online services such as applying for visas, driving licences, Blue Badges, bus passes and more.
I’ll visit you at home and guide you through the process step by step, making sure everything is completed correctly and with confidence.
Accompanied Buying Advice

When buying new equipment my customers sometimes want an independent expert with them to steer them through all the different types of laptops and tablets. I meet you at, typically Curry's and advise you on the best choice for your needs and budget. This is a two hour job which includes buying the equipment and then going back to your home to set it all up for you and transferring data from the old computer.
Windows 10 Has Retired – What Now?

For customers who wish to continue using Windows 10 I offer home visits to enrol your computer onto Microsoft’s Extended Security Updates (ESU) programme. This helps keep your computer protected with ongoing security updates and effectively restores the level of security you had before Windows 10 reached the end of standard support. I’ll ensure everything is set up correctly and explain it clearly for you.
